Alfa Alliance offers our policyholders the convenience of a free, one-time electronic payment using your checking or savings account or credit card. When you choose WebPay, payment for your insurance policy is presented to your bank electronically. Your authorization allows the bank to deduct the premium due from your checking or savings account and forward it to Alfa Alliance as an electronic check transaction. Select policy types may also pay with a Credit or Debit card at a third-party site, up to a maximum of $5000.00 per transaction.
*You must be in the first 20 days of your current policy term to enroll in automatic recurring payments from your checking or savings account. If your policy has been effective for more than 20 days, your automatic payments will not begin drafting until your next renewal.
*If you have a bill due now, please make your one-time payment through WebPay. The EFT system will schedule future payments (at least 15 days away); it will not process any currently due. If you make or have already made a one-time payment through WebPay today, please come back to enroll on a later business day.
Alfa Alliance is pleased to offer our policyholders the convenience of recurring electronic ACH payments. When you choose EFT, your monthly insurance bill is automatically presented to your bank electronically. Your authorization allows the bank to deduct the premium due from your checking or savings account and forward it to Alfa Alliance. Our EFT plan allows you to select the day of the month, known as the Draft Date, for each of the twelve equal installments. Most existing policies will have EFT become effective upon renewal, policies cannot be enrolled mid-term.
After you enroll, we will mail an initial notice confirming the Draft Date you selected along with the monthly payment amount based on your total policy premium at the time you enrolled, and effective date of EFT. If you request changes to your policy that affect premium, we will mail you a revised schedule for the deduction amounts at least 10 days before any changed payment is drafted. The draft date of the monthly deduction will remain unchanged.
